We have carried out an Equality and Diversity Survey of our staff. From the anonymous data provided by them, we can conclude that they fall into the various protected characteristic types. As defined by the Equality Act 2010. Including the protected characteristics of sex, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability etc. However, staff are able to decline to complete the Survey or to choose “prefer not to say” if they wish.
Due to the risk of employees and consultants being easily identified through their anonymous data if compared with their staff profiles on our website, we are unable to provide more specific details without breaching the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018.
